EQUIPMENT FOR CARGO
CARGO SPACE DEFINITION
TYPE OF CARGO SPACES
Epoxy coated cargo tanks integrated in the structure separated by longitudinal and transverse corrugated bulkheads and independent slop tank on deck
NUMBER OF CARGO COMPARTMENT
10 Cargo Tanks + 2 independent slop tanks on deck
MAX CARGO DENSITY
1.54 t/m³

CARGO MANIFOLDS
All cargo tanks manifolds can be connected to a common manifold by means of two butterfly valves with drain cocks. Common manifold is divided into two segregations with a connection outfitted with two butterfly valves with drain cock.
DECK CRANES FOR CARGO
GURDESAN, Cargo Hose Crane, SWL 5 t 13 m / Provision Crane, SWL 2 t 7 m
CARGO SYSTEM
Cargo system is designed so that twelve (12) different substances can be loaded / 6 different substances unloaded at the same time. Also a unique substance can be loaded / unloaded to/from all tanks by means of the two common lines located aft and fore of cargo manifold.
CARGO PUMPS
MARFLEX, MDPD100 10 x 125 m³/h, 2 x MDPD80, 110 mlc electrically driven (fixed),
CARGO PIPES & FITTINGS
Cargo piping materials are DN 25 x 1.7 stainless steel welded 316L 1.4404 for stripping pipes, DN150 x 2.8 mm stainless steel welded 316L 1.4404 for cargo discharge, filling, manifold pipes, DN250 x 2.8 mm stainless steel welded 316L 1.4404 for common pipes.
CARGO SYSTEM VALVES
Cargo transfer systems have butterfly valves capable of being remotely operated on each tank filling and discharge line and two manually operated butterfly valves manifold line port and starboard side. Manifold valves are operated from catwalk.
SEPARATE STRIPPING SYSTEM
Stripping is done by using compressed air or nitrogen when substances can not face to contact the air i.e oxygen. While stripping procedures are applied trim should be 1.0 m by the stern and list 0 degree.
FREEZING, REFRIGERATING & HEATING SYSTEM FOR CARGO
The cargo tanks and slop tank are installed with totally 2132.8 m, DN40 x 2.0 mm stainless steel, AISI 316L heating coils. Heating medium thermal oil, temperature range 160-110 ºC, 7 bar.
INERT GAS SYSTEM
POLIMAR, Nitrogen system is designed so that to fill 95% ullage volume of all cargo tanks and slop tank at the same time. Nitrogen main pipes connected to each tank cargo access hatch by means of the flexible hoses. System contains; Nitrogen bottles, valve cabinet.
CARGO VENTILATION SYSTEM
All cargo and slop tanks are provided with a fixed and independent ventilation system in order to fullfill the controlled tank venting requirements according to IBC Code. One (1) of high velocity pressure / vacuum relief valves (St.Steel 316) with flame arrestors are provided for each tank. Tank venting pipes are connected to the cargo tank hatches coamings.
TANK CLEANING SYSTEM
Each tank has 2 fixed machines. 7 m³/h at 8 bar, nozzle size 7, mm jet depth 15 m. One nozzle level, machine lenght 1500 mm including DN50 ball valve with camlock male coupling.
